- When sending my baggage from the airport, do I need a reservation?
- Advance reservations are not required for baggage sent from the airport. Please come to our counter directly.
- When sending my baggage from my home to the airport, do I need a reservation?
- Reservations are not required However, please send us your baggage so that it will arrive by the day before your visit (departure date).
- Are there any weight and size limits for the baggage sent from the airport?
- The maximum weight is 50 kg, and sum of the three sides should not exceed 240 cm.
*However, for Okinawa and other remote islands, the maximum weight is 30 kg, and sum of the three sides should not exceed 160 cm.
- Can I send refrigerated/frozen goods?
- We can handle refrigerated goods, but not frozen goods.
*There is a limit on the size of refrigerated goods. The maximum weight is 15 kg, and sum of the three sides should not exceed 120 cm.
*We cannot accept both refrigerated/frozen goods to be sent to our shop (sent to the airport).
- I'd like to pack an item in a box and send. Do you sell packing materials?
- We have cardboard boxes available in different sizes. Other than that, we have packing and cushioning materials.
