□② Regarding Changes to Reception Hours
From May 1, 2026, we will change the reception hours and designated days as follows.
Please understand that we cannot accept registrations after the closing time.
- Regular baggage (within 160 cm total dimensions, up to 25 kg)
7:00~22:00
- Large baggage (within 3 sides totaling 240 cm, weight within 50 kg)
7:00~14:45
-Same-day delivery (varies depending on the shipping company used)

- Use of Nippon Express Separate Shipment Coupon

□③ About Changes to the Designated Acceptable Reception Dates
From May 1, 2026, we will change the number of designated days available for reception.
[Before Change] 7 days including the date of receipt
[After change] Four days including the reception date
□④ About the closing of the first-floor counter
As of October 31, 2026, we will end operations at the first-floor counter.
We will provide further information once a decision has been made.
