- Supported carriers: Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, and Japan Post.
- When sending baggage, please have it arrive 1–3 days before your flight.
* If your baggage arrives 4 or more days in advance, we may not be able to accept it if space is limited. - Be sure to write the flight name, departure date and time, and recipient name on all shipped baggage. * We may not be able to store baggage if the departure date is unknown.
- An airport handling fee applies to stored baggage. (Revised to the following rates starting November 2024)
* Standard size: ¥800 (tax not included), total of 3 sides up to 160 cm.
* Oversize: ¥1,600 (tax not included), total of 3 sides 160–260 cm (can negotinate for items over 260cm). - Be sure to bring your shipping receipt. We will verify your baggage by matching it with the shipping label.
- Some online purchases may not be deliverable.
- 4F counter business hours: 6:30 AM to 10:30 PM (please pick up your baggage until 10:00 PM).
- 1F counter business hours: 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM (please pick up your baggage until 10:00 PM).
- During peak seasons, please make shipments as early as possible.
- No reservations are required. Please ship directly to the counter.
- Items we cannot accept:
Cash on delivery (COD) shipments, items that are not standard parcels (such as a Letter Pack or letters), refrigerated/frozen items, and any other items prohibited under our Terms and Conditions.
