- Can I use same-day delivery to ship to an office?
- Same-day delivery is limited to hotels. We cannot deliver to offices or homes.
- What is the cut-off time for same-day delivery?
- It depends on the delivery company. Please check each delivery company's website for details. * The latest cut-off is 2:00 PM.
- What time will same-day hotel delivery arrive?
- It depends on the delivery company. Please check each delivery company's website for details. * The latest cut-off is 7:00 PM.
- Can you deliver to my specific hotel?
- It depends on the delivery company. If you can book a delivery through their website, delivery is available.
- What are the size and weight limits?
- Up to 160 cm in total on three sides and 25 kg.

- Can you deliver to hotels?
- Yes. Please note that you cannot specify a delivery time..
- Can I choose a delivery time?
- It depends on the delivery company and destination. Please ask at the counter.
- Can you ship to Okinawa?
- Yes. The shipment goes by sea and takes about two weeks. Please plan accordingly.
- Can you ship to a golf course?
- Yes. You must note the play date, and the cut-off is before three days.
- Can I use cash on delivery (COD)?
- No, we do not offer COD services.
- Can you ship refrigerated or frozen items?
- No, we do not handle refrigerated or frozen items.
- What are the size and weight limits?
- Upto 240 cm in total on three sides and 50 kg. (For Sagawa Express).
Baggage Storage
- Is the fee charged by the hour?
- It is a oneday fee (until closing time). If it goes into the next day, additional charges apply.
- Can I store it until tomorrow?
- Yes. We can store items for up to 30 days.
- What are the size and weight limits?
- You can store items up to 280 cm in total on three sides. There is no weight limit, but we cannot accept items that cannot be reasonably carried.
- Is there still a charge for small items?
- Yes. Charges apply per item.
